Opening in the summer of 200, the Environmental Change galleries of the
Oxfordshire Museum complete the refurbishment programme started in 1998.
Other galleries include Roman Oxfordshire, the Woodstock Gallery and the
Picture Gallery. The Treasure's Gallery gives visitors a chance to see changing exhibitions of more fragile or rarely seen objects. While Oxfordshire's Ark
answers the questions frequently asked by visitors and explains why museums collect what they collect. Finally the Innovations Gallery, showing the
astonishing range of ideas and technologies developed in the County, and the Children's Gallery, complete the new look permanent displays.

Please note the museum galleries are closed on Mondays but Coffee Shop and Information Centre are open.
