Verulamium Musium
Welcome, here you will discover how the Romans lived in  Britain. Verulamium, the predecessor of St Albans was the third major city of  Roman Britain and now houses the award winning Verulamium Museum, recreating  everyday Roman life. Also in St Albans are the remains of a bath suite from a  luxurious town house and the only preserved Roman theatre open in Britain. Other  places of interest include the Welwyn Roman baths, Collections of Roman remains  at Hertford, Letchworth, Stevenage and Watford Museums
