Location

All libraries in Plymouth maintain a basic reference collection and information relating to their local areas. Fifteen of Plymouth's seventeen libraries provide free Internet access.

All major bus routes pass through Plymouth city centre, within easy walking distance of the library.

There is on-street parking at the back of the Central Library in Tavistock Place. Disabled access to the Reference Library is via the rear entrance to the Central Library and a lift service to the first floor.
