Travel Waltham Cross
Travel

Waltham Cross lies to the north of the M25 London Orbital Motorway.  Unlike nearby Waltham Abbey, which is in Essex, Waltham Cross is in Hertfordshire and is part of the Borough of Broxbourne. One advantage of being close to the M25 and A10 trunk roads is that Waltham Cross is easy to reach by road.  A new link road now connects the A10 just north of the M25 with the town centre itself. With no traffic congestion, the town centre car parks can be reached within 3 minutes of leaving the M25 (junction 25).

Bus Services

A new rebuilt bus station opened in the centre of the town in January 2001. All buses now call here.
Route 310/311 links the town with Enfield, Cheshunt, Broxbourne, Hoddesdon, Ware & Hertford.
Route 317 also runs between Waltham Cross and Enfield and route 517 runs from Oakwood and Enfield to Upshire via Waltham Cross and Waltham Abbey.
Routes 240/250 run to Waltham Abbey and Loughton. Route 252 runs to Waltham Abbey and Chingford.
