Broxbourne

Broxbourne is on the A1170 between Cheshunt and Hoddesdon, the main road through the town.  Very old maps may show this as the A10, but the dual carriageway A10 now thankfully bypasses both Broxbourne and Hoddesdon.
The other main road into Broxbourne is the B194 from Nazeing and Harlow (Station Road), which joins the A1170 in the town centre.

There are parking spaces in front of the shops in the High Road but the free shoppers car park in Station Road has recently fallen victim to building work for more shops, with much fewer spaces than previously.

Bus Services

The main bus route along the High Road (A1170) is the 310/310A310B/311 service from Hertford to Enfield, serving Hoddesdon, Cheshunt and Waltham Cross. There are variations to the service according to the time/day of week, but there is a service through Broxbourne every day.

Route 392/393  buses operate Monday to Saturday between Hoddesdon and Broxbourne, then run via Station Road and Nazeing to Harlow. Route 324 links Broxbourne with Hertford via Hertford Heath.

Route C1 connects with the peak hour trains at Ware and Cheshunt Stations. It operates Mon-Fri only.
Route C4 links Broxbourne with the Brookfield Park Shopping Centre on Saturdays only.
