The Ashcroft is a busy and popular arts centre which sits in the heart of Fareham Town Centre. The centre has a diverse programme of professional arts events including literature, theatre, dance, visual arts and live music. The past year alone has featured performances by King Pleasure and the Biscuit Boys, Peepolykus, Chris While & Julie Matthews and Poet Laureate Andrew Motion. There is also a thriving participatory programme at the centre which features Egyptian Dance, Music Appreciation, a busy youth theatre and yoga classes to name but a few. The centre is committed to providing opportunities for the local community to experience a wide range of creative events in a friendly environment.
